The food was good , we got a rib plate and my son loved it til he saw the cleanliness of this place . There are containers with... pickles and purple onions that have a ton of gnats inside. My son ask to never come back to this place because it?s nasty and heis 8( He has never said that about a place before). But there is more. The drink machine does not work which is fine but youstill use it for ice and this also never gets clean properly from the looks of things. To top it off the barbecue sauce stationhas old sauce splattered all over the tea urns and the wall and the sauce looks very old and burnt. I could maybe understandbeing short staffed but to be eating and see all 4 of their employees sitting at a table in the corners lets me know there isn?tany supervision to enforce the restaurants needs and cleanliness issues. If I could give this place a negative review I would the pulled pork was like the nasty can of jerky chew you used to buy from a... convenient store. My wife and I both ordered the pulled pork that was a mistake!!! Worst Dickey?s ever!! Read more
This location is horrible. Definitely not going back. Husband ordered a 3 meat plate, brisket being one of them and only got 2... pieces of sliced brisket. We ordered 3 meals and were only given ONE barbecue sauce & when I went to pick it up, was not giventhe drinks or cups to get our drinks. Don?t recommend this place at all. Read more
We love Dickeys, but the one here in Kaufman is horrible! We had a horrible experience about a year ago and we thought we could... give it a try again. We got the deal going on buy one two meat plate with 2 big yellow cup drinks and get a two meat plate forfree.. thats what we did.. we did not get the correct meat that we ordered and we also did not get any rolls.. and we orderedpickle which we did not get. We ordered 2 unsweet teas and they were only 3/4 filled my husband questioned it and was told theywere out of tea.. will never go back we tried... Read more
This was a horrible experience. Two employees who didn?t look like they knew where they were. One of them said he was driving... his remote control car around the restaurant before we came in? the tables were dirty, the floor and doors look like they hadn?tbeen cleaned in weeks. Whoever the GM is needs to be informed that their franchise would be better off with 10 year olds left incharge. Will not be returning. Visited 7/7 @ 7:30 PM. Read more
I know it?s hard to find good help but the tall shaggy haired boy in the kitchen would have lost his job while I was there. He... was loud and distracted the other 2 employees from doing their job. The young man at the register was the only shining light. Hestayed professional and would be the only reason to go back. Food is mediocre. Read more
Staff were all immature teenage boys who were more interested in their conversation than doing their job. Food was terrible and... neither my husband or I finished our food and mine made me immediately throw up while still there!! Sauces looked like theyhadn?t been changed out or cleaned since last year and the floors were dirty as well. Thank goodness we were only stoppingthrough here. Read more
Do not go here! Got there and they served cold brisket. When we got to the counter they said the warmer was broken and only... other options were sausage(they were out of everything else). Also a huge piece of plastic in the potato. Wish there was anadult present but unfortunately just a bunch of teenage boys running the establishment. Won?t be returning. Read more
