it was my favorite place, nowadays I'm disgusted ????
I took a strawberry yogurt, which actually tasted and looked like a Sorbet. On Asking the cashier Phil Hartman , he confirmed it... was a yogurt . I asked him to confirm if it was actually correct as even the online photos looked different & there didn'tappear to be any creaminess to it . He had a very condescending attitude and was rude & didnt seem to care what I was saying . Read more
Went to BAM to return a book and, got a $2 off coupon to try the yogurt, but when I went to YM i was told to pay full price. I'm... confused why we received the coupon and weren't able to use it. This was in Katy mills mall, Katy tx, January 5, 2021, between3pm and 4pm our cashier was Cory m. The yogurt was good btw but me and my girlfriend just felt dupped by the coupon. :( Read more
Really poor customer service with kids that work there and act as if they could care less. I asked what time they closed the... little girl said 10 we I got there at 9:15pm they put everything away and with no customer service just nasty said ?oh you canget yogurt but no toppings?. Then we I returned to ask for a manager she thought I left and was talking about me with hercoworker...If you want great customer service and a place that holds up to there word then this is not the place.... Me and my family of 6 arrived after a movie, 20 minutes to close, and everything was put up. I asked if they closed early and... the kid cleaning said we could still get yogurt but no toppings. Really? What?s the point in that ? Absolutely ridiculous. Wewill never be back. Disappointed kids, should have gone to the Orange yogurt shoppe instead of wasting our time coming here. I love the different flavors of yogurt! Something they change out the flavors so it could be a hit or miss if you're looking for... the same flavor! Delicious and I love that you can add different ingredients to your yogurt! Read more
can't believe i willingly spent $9 on one cup of yogurt here. their "yogurt" doesn't even taste like frozen yogurt should! more... close to the ice milk you get for free at the end of a meal at a chinese buffet. the toppings are nasty & aren't fresh. such awaste of money, don't even consider getting anything here. go to menchies, pinkberry or orange leaf for some actual good froyo.
