Waited almost 40minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and they didn?t even have the pickles on them when I got home. The manager... said, ?Sir we ran out of pickles so we?ve just been giving them out like that and no one has complained?. Then why not tell uswhen we order it?! How do you run out at 11:30am?! I just want to start off by saying im extremely disappointed in wingstop. I placed an order for 8 boneless wings and fries at... 5:45pm I came to wingstop at 6:35pm Thats almost an hour of time to be able to make my food and have it ready. I come in and letthem know im here for pickup and they tell me my fries are not ready and that i would have to wait ONE HOUR. ONE HOUR. For somefries . I finally get my fries at 7:15pm . I am upset and disappointed. The employee didnt even try to help or do anything tocompensate for the HOUR i would have to wait. all she said is ?I dont know what to tell you? I cannot . 10 people working there, my order was 83 dollars and they gave it to some one else!!! I waited an hour and forty minutes there... only for them to tell me they accidentally gave it away, again 10 people working there and they couldn?t get it right. Location DOES NOT REFUND MONEY and over charges your card or if order is immediately cancelled they will say give 3-5. Days but... 2 months later still NO REFUND they always say they have to check with management Read more

I ordered online at this location on Saturday 8/06/22 and realized it was the wrong location. I called to cancel and was told... the money would be refunded 3-5 business days. I called back after the 3rd and was told after the 5th day if the money isn?trefunded I will be able to come pick up the food I ordered. I call back Saturday 08/13/22 and requested to speak to a manager. Iwas told that there was no manager on duty and was put on hold. I then spoke with the team Lead by the name of Ahmad and he putme on hold to text the general manager to see if the refunded had been ?submitted ? . After coming back to the phone I was toldthat he can?t do anything about it and I would have to wait until Monday when the General Manager is there. I requested to comepick up the food that I paid for and even gave a order number . I was told by Ahmad that he can?t look up the information and heagain stated he can?t do anything about it. This is totally unacceptable and this issue needs to be address. Read more
