I just want to start off by saying im extremely disappointed in wingstop. I placed an order for 8 boneless wings and fries at... 5:45pm I came to wingstop at 6:35pm Thats almost an hour of time to be able to make my food and have it ready. I come in and letthem know im here for pickup and they tell me my fries are not ready and that i would have to wait ONE HOUR. ONE HOUR. For somefries . I finally get my fries at 7:15pm . I am upset and disappointed. The employee didnt even try to help or do anything tocompensate for the HOUR i would have to wait. all she said is ?I dont know what to tell you? I cannot . 10 people working there, my order was 83 dollars and they gave it to some one else!!! I waited an hour and forty minutes there... only for them to tell me they accidentally gave it away, again 10 people working there and they couldn?t get it right. Location DOES NOT REFUND MONEY and over charges your card or if order is immediately cancelled they will say give 3-5. Days but... 2 months later still NO REFUND they always say they have to check with management Read more
