1st time we ordered pick up they got our wings right, messed up our sided that we paid extra for. Today we decided to order in... store. 1 guy a head of me. 3 people working. A few online orders. After 40min of waiting, I asked for a refund... They said theyhad to send a picture of the receipt to the manager... 45min I walked out with no food and no refund. When I left they had 1 guyworking on orders. Literally 1 at a time, when he had time to stop lookin at his phone. Guy had a stack of unfilled orders andis the only person cooking and stops what he's doing to go find a phone charger... I watched him cook for 45 min and pull hisphone out of his pocket and put it back in touching food. At least a dozen times. Stay away from this place.... Read more
Very disappointed. Placed a delivery order worth $100 through the app. Then received a cancellation from the restaurant. ... Called and was told the DoorDash driver picked up the order then called the restaurant saying he had an emergency and couldn?tdeliver the food. (I literally live around the corner - pretty sure the driver just scammed us both). If that wasn?t badenough the manager of wingstop then told me I could reorder at my cost and that I?d get my refund for the original order in 3days! I accept WS weren?t the cause of the issue but my order was placed through them - their policy of not refunding my moneyfor 3 days is terrible. I?ll be having Buffalo Wild Wings tonight now. Wings are good if you ever get them. Problem is they are always severely understaffed and online system always says ready in 20... minutes. Today was the 3rd time I have gone in for pickup and food wasn't ready. Fine, wait another 5-10 minutes? NO, like overan hour as they only had 3 employees and too many orders. Since I paid online I asked them to just cancel. The guy working tooka picture of my receipt on his phone and said I'd have my refund in 3 days. I asked for a copy and he ignored me so now I haveto dispute it with my CC company. Never again. Too bad this place has has such poor management/owners! Read more
When this location first opened the service was okay and my wings we dry and nasty, so I stopped going for awhile. However, I... just started going back last month and they have been providing awesome service! I usually order takeout online and the past twotimes I?ve been there my wings were ready and freshly cooked. I love that they weren?t stingy with the sauce on my wings andit?s cooked very well. Horrible?.wings have gotten so small it?s ridiculous. You have to open every container to check your order because most of the... time it?s wrong. Correct amount of wings this time, but over half we?re super small. When I questioned staff, they said ?that?swhat it is?. And these were NOT the discounted $.70/wing?this was full price. I was calling the store to place an order, no one answered the phone; I drove there, the store wasn?t busy; actually there was... no customer in there. And I asked the older man; who refused to give his name and he has no name on his shirt. I asked him ifthere phone was bad? And what he could tell me was I don?t respect him! I said I was asking if your phone was bad because I?vebeen trying to place my order. Then I said could you take my order now and he said no. Okay. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Every time the food has been amazing! Wings are hot and fries are... fresh! Whoever is tossing these wings is very good at it! I usually like Wing Stop. The wings are good- If you get them. Half my order was left out, they don?t answer phones and while... I?d be understanding if they were short staffed, I?d wait, I?d be considerate about the mistake, they?re human?. But there?s noone to answer unless you drive back to the store, which is hard to do with company, small children and being on the other sideof town. After reading the other reviews it looks like I?d just get scolded if I went back and pointed out their mistake. Notused to this type of experience at Wing Stop, it?s a bummer this is the closest one to me. Read more
