Consistently the absolute worst fast food experience you could ever have. I?ve found more satisfying meals in trash cans.... Burgers come out 15 minutes late no matter how many people are in line and the fries are colder than your ex girlfriends heart. Read more
This place has amazing staff and fast service. My family went in to get lunch after back to school shopping and it was great.... They took our order quick and had no problems. This is my new favorite place to eat especially the one on Barker-Cypress heading towards Towne Lake. I got this double cheese... burger with grilled onions, ketchup (also add some spicy ketchup", mayo, and mustard on this sandwich. I do not know the name of the young man who helped us this evening, but he was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to continue to... help the late night drive thru rush (it was around 2:30) while one of his coworkers flipped the entire F out on someone who wasdisrespecting her, and he didn't miss a beat. I'm talking a line around the building, while someone he works with was screaming,and he managed to keep the orders coming out and stayed personable despite the absolute chaos going on around him. Usually have good experiences at this location but today was probably the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger. Asked for... no pickles, no tomatoes, add mayo instead of mustard, received a burger with tomatoes and mustard. On top of that, there was along hair in the burger that I didn't notice until I pulled it out of ny mouth. Definitely wasnt mine because I have short hair.Probably won't return to this location.
