They made us wait about 10m for our order and still short us on our kids meals. One chicken tender for a full priced meal!... People check your order before taking off so your kids don't end up hungry from not getting their meal correctly. Read more

I'm pretty sad with this location. I had a curbside order and ordered a burger with no tomatoes. It came and had NOTHING on it.... When I called they said they would replace it. I only had a certain time frame to go get the correct burger because I have to besomewhere. When I got there it was so busy the line was out the door and I did not have time to wait AGAIN. I understand thatmistakes happen but I really wish they had got the burger right the first time since I did not get to eat lunch because of this.I won't be coming back to this location. Read more

Whataburger has always been good. However, I was very disappointed at this location. The food was cold. The bun was soggy before... I started eating. I believe they probably pre-assembled the bun and veggies before it was ordered. The food was brought to thetable almost at the same time we sat down. Normally, we wait a few minutes and the food is always warm and fresh. We will notreturn to this store. Read more

I love Whataburger, but I was the third car in line at lunch time and spent 14 minutes AFTER I ordered to get my food. This... place is ridiculously slow. Maybe they need some more training. I can't afford to wait that long for "fast" food- even if itis Whataburger. Read more

This location used to be good but lately has been gone from bad to worse. Starting with the waiting time because it's usually... from 15 to 20 min inside the restaurant, which is ridiculous for a "fast food" restaurant. Online orders take even longersometimes since they're understaffed. Food is not so great either. I've been to different locations and most of them tastegreat. But this location, burgers taste dry and lack of taste and fries are cold and hard. Hopefully, management do somethingabout it. Read more

The Operating Manager Sam Award was out helping his staff get the orders out. Thank you. I guess he knows when help is needed... the most. There was a long line of people and a lot of people sitting in inside dining in. Thank you again for having a greatcrew of people working for you to get the orders out. Keep up the good work. Still the best fast food burger in my opinion! What a burger would be welcomed in North Carolina if it were there, but oh well.
