Wear layers. It's the middle of winter and we stopped in here to grab dinner. Managed to find one warmer spot in the corner of... the lobby that was not directly under the full blast AC going at 630pm and even this warm spot is around 65° and dropping. Read more

If you do not have butter, please say that before I order a dry baked potato. I would have never ordered it. When I said, "no... butter, I would not have ordered one had I known. The lady says, well I am not the GM. That is not what should have been said,an apology would have been more appropriate. It is Friday night at 630 and I'm hungry and not satisfied. Read more

While I was drinking my soda I found the bug. I told the lady there, she didn?t even care to say sorry or anything she just... grabbed it and didn?t care. When she took the order I told her no salt on the fries please and she ended up putting on thereceipt no sauce on the burger. And of course the fries were with salt. Who took the order was the manager and who I told aboutthe bug it was the manager. Read more

My wife and I stopped in after a bad trip to Costco. Marshall made our day. He was personable and had a great attitude. Between... taking our order at the counter and taking drive-thru orders he would wipe down tables and make sure things ran smoothly.Wendy?s Managment, you better hang on to this guy before I come back and make him an offer. Service was VERY slow. There was a new employee but the backup wasn't her fault. The "manager" (or one of them) was meandering... around and not jumping in to really help. Poor new girl was getting ripped at the counter. I will say the drive thru employeewas on point but I had gone inside to order so that wasn't helpful. My order of three chicken sandwiches took 20 minutes to getand none of it was cooked to order so that argument is out. I literally watched the cook put the sandwiches together and theysat in line to come out in cue. Instead of bagging the order and handing it to me as I stood at the counter, they ignored me andthe other two patrons in line with me. To be clear, the reason there is 2 stars and not just 1, the drive thru employee I didn'teven interact with was good enough to bring up your rating. Read more

We just drove away... acknowledge us at the speaker and we waited for 5 minutes and didn't acknowledge us at all.... never... again. The girl just sitting there doing nothing we see you Chocolate girl... ruined my Wendy's experience. Now I'm questioningcleanliness with unprofessionalism. Read more

The food was good last time I was there but sadly they didn?t honor the coupons that Wendy?s offers. They said that they cant... give me the baconator because in the system it applies to the jr. only. I told them that the coupon specifically indicatesbaconator with the trademark and shows the double. The food was still very good last time I came through though. Justdisappointed that they don?t honor their own coupons. Read more
