Very clean dining area at the time of my visit for breakfast. They did get my order wrong. I ordered two breakfast croissant... combos, one bacon and one sausage. I got both of them sausage. I always love Wendy's food! Fast food joints are taking many short cuts on quality but I always feel Wendy's to be the preferred... better quality place to go. Plus the young man serving us was so sweet! Love to see good young people growing up and being sorespectful. Read more
I only come here a few times a year. They rarely get an order correct. They seem very confused about and unprofessional. Also... the dining room never looks clean. This is my absolute last choice to eat. There are two or three other Wendys' within 5miles. If we have to have Wendy's I'll go to one of them. Read more
Got my order wrong. It was corrected pretty fast. The employee at the window was very polite. They parked me while my order was... getting ready, The girl who brought my order out to me seems like she was definately done with the day. The location is in greatshape and the parking lot was clean. It is easy to access from any direction. One star was removed due to the mistake on myorder. Read more
1-the soda machine did not have any soda. so i had to go to the counter for my refills. the workers were rude and mad at me for... asking for a refill. 2-they did not have any mayonnaise and ketchup, napkins, silverware, ect...when we asked for some, theworkers were mad because they had to get some. 3-the dinning area is dark, sticky, unwelcoming, dirty and the tvs were turnedoff. 4-when i asked for a coke, they gave me rootbear (with no ice ????) 5-they did not have frostys. what kind of wendy?s doesnot have frostys??? even worse leaving my little girl crying because the only reason we went was so she can have a frosty.
