Food is terrific however service is hit or miss. There is 2 or 3 waitresses that will spend 20 minutes talking to their regulars... while we haven't even ordered yet. She got my coffee and my husband his soda and then went and sat at someones table. After 20minutes we thought maybe she wasn't our waitress so we asked for our waitress and they went and got her. Just left and was surprised to see such an attentive cook! When I first arrived the cook was super busy. My server greeted us... and got our order even got me a pen ???? for some paperwork I needed to fill. Most of our order came out and was just missingsausage. The cook came over and asked if the food was good ????. It was. I took the liberty to mention I was missing sausage andIf I could bother him with lemon and syrup as my server was attending her other table. He kindly started on the sausage andbrought over lemons . When I was ready to go I asked my son if he wanted his waffle to go. I saw the tab and went to pay it. Thecook asked me if I needed a to go box for the waffle as he had over heard i did. It?s so nice to see people work even when itwasn?t his ?job? to get me these things he still didn?t wait for someone to ask him to do those things. He was very attentiveand kind. I appreciate it! We dine here every so often and I am finally reviewing. The food is always the same, simple and good. The service is never great... here. The staff is always sitting and doing something other than serving the people. Drink refills are a big part of myexperience when I eat and I rarely get refills here until the very end of the meal and that is not okay. It also seems like theyalways have new people and those people don't know how to do some things. Better training is needed here for the staff but thefood is fine. Read more
The woman checking us out at the register who is also a waitress has braids and hair hanging down the front of her all the way... to her waist! That is absolutely not sanitary in accordance with the ANSI Food Handler license, and my server sat and worked onhis paperwork the entire time I was there. I couldn't ask him for anything. Super nasty, not clean the lady who was cooking shirt was rubbing on the food while she was cooking. Not changing out gloves... after so many other meals they have cooked. Sliding the to go containers by the cooking station, it left food all under my to gocontainers. Placing my cheese on the wooden table after she then push down the to go containers on the same wooden area. I payedfor my food but didn?t eat it just threw it away after I left, didn?t want to get sick from what I seen in 15mins. Read more
The manager is very rude and not only to the customers but the employees also! She put raw onions on top of my hash browns when... I asked for grilled onions and said I?ll have to pay for a replacement. The waitress was very nice and sweet but I cannot eatthere with that managers nasty attitude Read more
This place is the definition of a well oiled machine. Everyone is literally a unified team. As you first approach, it may not... be, but amongst the noise and staff moving at a rapid pace. The food was delicious, great service, and most of all, everyone isfriendly. Read more
