Had really high expectations because of the reviews and they really nailed it. Customer service is so good & the servers are... super nice. I had the beef fresh rolls. And the ? Ca Ri Ga? it was a soup with chicken and veggies. The broth sooooooo good.Creamy, tangy and sweet. It hit the spot. Definitely want to come back and try the rest of the menu. Ordered the vegetarian pho. As I was pouring the broth I noticed a lot of black specs that resembled dirt. I called the... restaurant and they said it was pepper. It didn?t really look like pepper so ruined the pho for me. But I did take a few bitesand it was tasty. Read more

Tried out Vietnam Bistro next to Buc-ee's. The young ladies working in there were so friendly! They kept the tables clean and... were on top of refilling water. Not to bash any establishments but so many places have forgotten about customer service. It?snormally what do you want to drink or do you know what you want? I will go above and beyond to tip for amazing service. The foodwas good and it came out fairly quickly. Can?t wait to go back and try more items! FYI?they are closed on Saturdays. Read more

Love this place, the C3 (Grilled Pork + Rice) is done perfectly! Super charred and flavorful. My Pho (P1) tasted very flavorful,... the meat (tripe and thinly sliced eye round) were very fresh. I just wish the broth is not so rich in I'm not sure of whatspices (maybe Star Anise) because it gives the broth a spicy taste like peppery. I prefer my broth to be clear and not too richin spices. but in all, the taste is perfect, if not for the too strong spices. Maybe next time I visit, I can request a moreclear broth. I get so excited when i have a variety of food in one plate. I came hungry and ordered jasmine rice with grilled pork,steamed... pork cake and pork chop ???? ofcourse, i left nothing on my plate!???? it was an amazing treat to my growling tummy! My husbandalso enjoyed his pho, warmth to his belly. Staff was very attentive and professional. Im so glad we discovered this bistro,first time here and i can't wait to come back!?????But!!! 2hrs after, definitely had to come back, wish it was to dine again butwe accidentally left our card ???? thanks to the staff for keeping it safe ???????????? Clean, good food, good service, A+ in my book. Good water refills. It?s been here a little over a year I think. Bathrooms are... pretty clean (1 mens and 1 womens stall). Area outside of restaurant is kind of quiet (not too lively) and near the Highway butI don?t really mind since most people do takeout here as the restaurant is pretty casual. Read more
