This was awesome first the customer service was excellent. I apologize I didn?t get the lady?s name at the register but she was... such a wonderful help. I went with a good friend and we got the brisket grill cheese and the Philly grilled cheese along withsome cheese cake bites and I and going to say 10/10 . The portions wasn?t too much or too little. My wife and I went for lunch early Sunday afternoon. We were exited about trying a new place to eat. But after ordering things... went down hill really fast. The young lady in the front was friendly and helpful she even went to our table to ask if we neededanything. Almost $50 for two sandwiches an order of onion rings and two 8oz. soft drinks is ridiculously expensive. The onionrings were good, the sandwiches were ok at best. No regular Pepsi available in fountain drinks but my wife was able to get abottle coke instead. We really don't see us returning to The Twisted Grilled Cheese any time soon. Read more
Excellent blend of cheese for the sandwiches and a creative menu including hand-spun milkshakes, soups, salads and Lobster... Terragon Grilled Cheese to mention a few. I can recommend the Avocado BLT+E without hesitation. The Parmesan Waffle Fries were abit soggy for my taste but it's not a deal breaker. I definitely want to come back to try other menu options. The food we ordered was great! We got the brisket grilled cheese, the lobster grilled cheese, Mac and cheese balls and parmesan... waffle fries. Honestly it was hard to pick a favorite. Everything was delicious. Some cons: a bit warm inside and their drinkselection could be better. But that?s me being nit picky. All in all would go again :) enjoy! Read more
The food is pretty good but the service glean be rough some days. My first time here was actually at their food truck and the... service was the worst. Food is a bit pricey for the quality but it is tasty. The fries are delicious but only if they don?tleave them under the warmer too long, good luck getting them to replace them if they come out soggy. Overall if you are a cheeseaddict like me and like fancy grilled cheese this is a place for you. Read more
The food here was amazing !!! I got the five cheese pepperoni sandwich, fried Mac n cheese, tomato soup, and Parmesan waffle... fries. Everything was hot , fresh , and CHEESY ! I highly recommend this place! The staff was also super friendly and helpfulwhich is always a plus. Read more
When I?m in Houston I love trying different restaurants, especially black owned restaurants. I stopped here when they were at... the Grub Park. I got the grilled cheese with brisket and the tomato basil soup and man oh man it was so good. The meat wastender and perfectly seasoned. There was a hint of jalapeño which gave it a good ?twist? if you will. The bread was perfectlytoasted and the soup was on point! This definitely a good experience that I will tell my friends about. My experience was beyond my expectations! Juan, I think his name was, gave us outstanding customer service as soon as we... entered the facility. He started off by welcoming us then recommending favorites off the menu, which indeed helped. Thesmokedhouse brisket sandwich was delicious, although there was some type of sauce or maybe a hint of sweetness that was a bitdifferent, the many jalepenos on the sandwich made up for it. We tried several other menu items. Another item that was a 10/10was the halal philly steak fries. It was flavorful with plenty of cheese, jalepenos, and philly steak meat. Twisted GrilledCheese has their own signature drinks, which were great as well. One is the cream soda! The kids' meals were of nice quantityand we left with to go boxes for all. The atmosphere was great. We ate on the patio outside the building. Again, customerservice of going above and beyond Juan brought out our food and even asked if we needed any more self served condiments. Thekindess was appreciated.
