Be prepared to wait. No sense of urgency and lack of welcoming atmosphere. The only thing good on the plate was the jerk... chicken. Had absolutely no heat and little flavor. The cabbage was CRUNCHY. Might as well been coleslaw. The cabbage had noseasoning whatsoever, not even salt or pepper. The rice was mushy and overcooked, contained little to no beans which tastedburnt.
