We did curbside, they didn?t give us our entire order and didn?t say anything until after we left. Nobody called us until we... were already back at work, and our only options were refund or drive all the way back to get the cookies. No idea if I?mactually getting my refund. The girl on the phone just said ?okay thank you, bye.? And hung up, so. Definitely not going back.Was trying to do something nice for my employees, but we?ll find another cookie place for the future. Here is an update on my recent review. I had a minor issue with my previous order. Many of the cookies were very small compared... to the others, but after a quick conversation with customer service I was given a replacement! I am very pleased with the workdone by customer services in order to have this done. I was able to pick up my order with very little wait time. I?m glad to sayI will be visiting again soon! My wife and I visited the Katy location. She has had Tiff's cookies prior when they were delivered to the school she was... teaching at some years ago. I was looking to satisfy my sweet tooth after lunch at Mcalister's close by and my wife suggested wetry Tiff's. I tried the chocolate chip and m&m cookies that the young girl behind the counter was so kind to warm up forus. These cookies are to die for. It really is no joke that they just melt in your mouth. Ordered cookies for the first time, and made it there a couple hours after my listed pick up time. Well their customer service... is so phenomenal, that the employee suggested if I had a little time to wait, that he prefered to give me nice and hot cookies.Well they just gained themselves a life long customer.
