Not My Dog. Decided to stop by on a beautiful, sunny Saturday afternoon. We were craving some good food after spending the... morning g hours playing soccer and found this place on Yelp. The 5 star rating from 500+ reviews on Yelp convinced us to give ita try. Let me start off by saying the staff was very friendly and greeted us with the southern hospitality that?s come to besynonymous with small, well run, locally owned businesses in Texas. Our only issue was that we waited for 20 minutes before wehad our order taken at the register. We were the only party in line. There was only one other person picking up a fairtly largeorder. As for the food itself, unfortunately I feel the 5 star rating on Yelp is not an accurate reflection of the quality ofthe food. The toppings were plentiful, almost a little much if I?m being honest, yet didn?t have much flavor. The dog was burieddeep under all the toppings and was room temp at best by the time I had the first bite. Unequivocally, the bread [buns] were themost disappointing part of the meal. This opinion was shared unanimously by our party of 4. We were also in agreement that thebest thing we had were the fries and the Mac and cheese. We appreciate the service we received, but will more than likely lookto give a different spot an opportunity in the future. The customer service was amazing, I was greeted upon entry. Although I got my order Togo the dining area was clean and there... were separators at each table. The bathroom was clean and last but not least the food was delicious. I got the Frito pie dog, ittook me a all day to eat it because I got the larger dog. I definitely recommend. Read more

First of all , thank you Google maps for finding this place.. The hot dogs ...correction The gourmet hot dogs at That's My Dog... are simply amazing. The richness of the buns is akin to Hawaiian Rolls . The smoked sausage as an option is brilliant, in a hotdog just great. The all beef hot dog is scrumptious , a well cooked and served to perfection. Now for the choice of dog youwant deeply recommend the TEXACALI (first photo) , you will not be disappointed. The second was the #1 BBQ Beef Brisket Dog ,the Brisket, a complementary mix of meaty, perfectly seasoned , and mixed with their spicy bbq sauce completes the experience. Not very often will I say , but you will not be disappointed. Their home style fries are seasoned and it feels natural, nottoo much not to little . I had to add the chili and cheese and I'm honestly done for today , as I don't want to ruin the tastefrom them. Add to the mix friendly staff , cool atmosphere, and general chill place . Great people and great hot dogs. I love being greeted with "Hey family" as you walk in the door. It immediately sets the tone... and the staff really do make you feel like part of the family. The hot dogs are absolutely amazing. Pro tip: you can order oneof their hand-breaded corn dogs and top it similarly to some of their hot dogs. Don't sleep on the fries either. Where do I start? Let's start with the service, the customer service is outstanding. They really did make me feel like family, I... didn't have to do nothing. The food is delicious , The Fries was hot and crispy , The 6" hot dog was more than enough Andwas wonderful, the peach cobbler Was perfect. I can't wait to go back Tomorrow for the Sunday Soul food. First time back post Covid! So glad I came. The menu items have expanded in delicious ways and the restaurant flow and seating... have been improved to support social distancing while keeping an uplifting atmosphere. I had the Brisket Dog upgraded to aBrisket Sausage Dog! BBQ heaven! The place is indulgence but they now offer Vegan Dogs and a large variety of toppings. Lookingforward to my next visit! Read more

Friendly and amazing service even in the midst of a pandemic. The food was amazing! The brisket reminded me of visiting a... family's BBQ party which kept making me say "wow" after each bite.
