They are A1 with getting my order right; they are alpha 1 with delivering my food ois at the right temp.; but they are not A1... with the customer service. I had told the supervisor, who had taken my order, that I kept repeating to see if anyone was there, and I kept repeating which food item I wanted. I should have just left at that moment, but I decided to go up to the window.Excellent customer service is letting a customer, a human being, know that they are there to listen to us while we request food.I just see stuff put on the screen. I hate that I felt ignored, and she did not confirm that this ordeal would not occur again.Because of this, me, Mortal Kombat Sareena, and my main brother, lietenant and I am the admiral, Mortal Kombat Kano, may notreturn to this place. Finally, I do thank the supervisor for letting me keep a burrito I was not charged for. I tried to returnit to them. I am happy of my integrity when all MEN should have integrity like me. However, if the customer service was better, this would be a five star place. And why am I being stared at in the parking lot as I am sitting in my car? I will not doanything wrong. I was double checking my order making sure it was correcto. I hope the supervisor sees my honest feedback. Nooffense, but I am glad I am saying all of this. I would love to see this place become five stars on Google Mortal Kombat Kanoagrees with this message ois. From a proud Schizoaffective Navy Veteran such as myself. I hope Taco Bell starts giving Veteransdiscounts to Veterans, too, when serving their food ois. Read more
This has been my usual Taco Bell so it pains me to leave a strongly negative review. I went to the drive thru and ordered a few... things including nachos with cheese dip. Halfway home I checked the bag and found out that there were no chips! So I went backand got the chips and came home. The chips are inedible and this hasn't happened ever. I don't know how old the oil was but youcan taste it and it is bad. We had to throw away all three orders because of the horrible taste of oil. With the order beingincomplete and the stale oil for chips, I am going to find another nearby taco bell for future visits! Read more
Update: this location is definitely the best in the area. Original review: It?s Taco Bell, if you?re expecting something other... than fast food tacos you?ll be disappointed. They seem a bit understaffed but you can definitely tell they are doing their bestto keep up with customers. Food quality is on par with the rest of the brand, no rushed out bs here. Kudos to the employees forsticking around even during the difficulties as of lately. Read more
Its a good thing I ordered my gordita crunch with extra beef cause it seems like I didn't get any. I'm exaggerating I did get... like a teaspoon of beef. But seriously told them that there wasn't any meat and they remade it but I couldn't tell thedifference between the two. Maybe kitchen was having an off day. Read more

Edit: This location has gotten worse over the past year. They messed up on my order 3-4 times now. Today I got a Mexican pizza... and the fiesta potatoes. They forgot the potatoes so I had to go back. And then realized the also forgot to put a fork in thebag. It just seems like they don?t really focus on the orders and are busy talking over the headphones to each other rather thantaking care of the customer. It?s sad because this location was awesome before. I?ve been coming to this location for a longtime and the service has always been so consistent for any fast food location. The people here are so friendly even in themiddle of the night when I know people would rather be home. They always get my order right, it?s always hot, and they neverforget the sauces. I always go out of my way to go to this location even if I?m not close by. Read more
