I never had such experience in my life. I have ordered and paid online, received an confirmation email, came to this location... early (like 10 min ahead). I have showed representatives a confirmation email but they claimed that they have not received anorder and I should call "them". Have no idea who are "them". And if I want my order I need to pay for it. OK, I thought maybe Icame too early and returned to my car, waited, checked an app and app show "order ready for pick up". I came back. Same story -we have not received your order. I showed them an email and asked if it is their location and they said NO!!! That I should goto other location! I just left. Half an hour later I have received a call from them that the order is ready and I can pick itup. Read more
Went in for their daily 6? special and their sign says one thing outside of he tables but their digital ad says another, the... young man wasn?t able to honor the price difference after already making the sun , this place will only ever be a last resort,there are better places near by , Jersey mikes and they are opening a firehouse across the way ? The girl (with glasses: her name starts with Z) helping the new employee ( the guy) had an attitude. She never explained what... comes with the kids meal to the customer. She did not provide a fork to eat the salad and when customer asked she did notapologize but went inside to get one for the customer. Entire time not even a greeting or a smile. Very poor customer service. Read more
The guy making sandwiches didn?t change his gloves, was dropping vegetables on the counter and putting it on the sandwich. He... had very poor customer service skills he gave of the impression he didn?t want to be there. He was rude and when he was waitingon me to tell him what I wanted next he hand his hand on the counter and then began to proceed to put the products on the sandwhich without changing his gloves.
