Food was good, but the women's restroom had no toilet paper and no soap. I asked for toilet paper and the lady said "ok" but... never brought anything, so I used paper towels. That's all that was available. Read more

Very bad experience!!! Not welcome!! The employee was complaining, showing attitude , very rude and making faces. I was asking... everything by saying (can you please and thank you) I asked him to cut my sandwich in half and he acted like he didn?tunderstood what I was saying, then he said if I wanted my sandwich warmed I said yes please and he immediately THREW my sandwichon the tray and the customer in front of me just immediately look at me like what it was wrong with this guy, she asked for hisname because he was being rude to her as well everything she would say it was either we don?t have it or we don?t have it, Ifinished paying, I was waiting for him to slide my sandwich but no he just pushed it really hard without saying anything... ido customer service for the past 10 years and if you aren?t happy working there then just look for a place that makes you happy, I wish I can give negative 1 star. I yes thank I'm employed and am not going to quit my manager at this location infant she fired me for what reason?? She can't... understand it's been over 30 years since I have worked for subway and she is also not being honest about what she's doing forexample I've been trying to get information from her about the schedule and she said we'll you know every thing. Now lookingback at what I was telling her it's been over 30 years ago I worked for subway. And all she can say is ( I don't know) and she'snot telling the truth about the customer service that I have given.ill tell you she's something else..please don't let thishappen to anyone else Read more

I Go there a lot and there is a xx hard working young man there and he is very good ???? infant he should be a manager at this... location infant I just left there and he was there ( know that's the kind of employee that I would love to be working with) Givehim a ????????for he's work with subway. Started putting veggies away at 7:30pm when it's says they are open till 10pm.. phone was ringing and he was talking to himselfsaying I don't wanna answer it and let it ring.. After I finished paying, I was waiting for him to slide my sandwich but no hejust left without saying anything... if you dont want my business, let me take to somewhere else who deserve it. The store is open till 10. So we placed an online order at 9.30. There was a single person serving at the store. The server was... agitated that we put in a long order, frustrated and kept ranting that it was only one person there for the past 4 hours, abouthow it would be midnight to reach home. The bad part was how all that translated into the server rushing and roughing up thesandwiches which ended up leaking sauces, bread cut bad, the packaging messed up, let alone switching gloves between handlingthe veg and non-veg items. The veg and non-veg sandwiches were mixed up, no labels and when we asked, the server said therewasn't enough time to put on the labels! We went to subway for a peaceful happy meal, but we the server's agony and angstruined it all and turned into the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The 1* only applies to the Highland Knolls store,I've loved subway elsewhere. Read more
