Unbelievable. There was only one person working. She finished her soda while I waited. When she finally came to the counter,... she did not speak English. I?ve been here many times over several years - so sad and disappointing to know how the service atthis location has declined. Read more

Unbelievable how bad the service is. I just wanted a meatball sub, but they did not have meatballs. Cool, no worries so I... changed the order to a turkey sandwich combo. The sandwich artist was incredible stingy with vegetables. After paying I went tothe fountain machine only to realized there was no ice. Shouldn't I have been told that when I asked for a combo so that I canadjust my order accordingly? The guy at the counter was not concerned and did not offer any alternative. Horrible service anddefinitely was not worth the $11.00 that I spent there. Read more

I asked for 4 cookies paid with a 50 dollar bill and the man working the line tried to give me back 17.40 Excuse me but I don't... think so, and when I let him know that wasn't the correct change he didn't apologize. I said thanks before leaving twice noresponse it's that hard to give great costumer service. Read more

This was a terrible experience. The employees are super slow and there were about four customers in the line, including myself,... and I waited about 15 minutes to just order. It took forever. It was incredibly dirty. I tried to give them another chance afterthey messed up my online order, but after this last experience I refuse to go back. I have included a picture of how the glassabove the veggie area looked. This doesn't include how dirty the fountain drink area was. It was gross. I wanted to try theirlemonade and it ended up being water. (I'm glad I tried it in the store) I will take the extra time to go to a different Subwaynext time. These people don't care. I'm grossed out. Never again. Read more

We place and online order and they make everything wrong , our bowl without lettuce and we pay for some extras and they don't... added, bad service at all! Read more
