I would like to start by saying, I haven't been to a Subway restaurant in well over five years. I would make fun of them for... offering "Footlong No Flavor" sandwiches and how the sandwiches never looked like they do in the commercials. I mean, most fooddoesn't look like on TV, right? But Subway was exceptionally poor at plating. Well, this Subway changed my mind about eating atSubway in general! The staff was really efficient, very nice, knowledgeable, and didn't seemed bothered at all when patrons gavea special order. I got the "new" Italian sandwich with all the fixins. Very good! Very flavorful! Very hardy! Needless to say, Iwas surprised by the experience and look forward to going back for more :) Read more
Ordered Subway through the app and the door dash driver never delivered our sandwiches. Came in and spoke with the employees and... they were great by apologizing for the mix up and offer to make us new sandwiches even though it wasn?t their fault! Like alot of others have mentioned, this place is a hit or miss. Guess it depends on who you get to take your order. ... Unfortunately I keep getting the same person who looks like they'd rather be undergoing a root canal next door than offeranything that resembles decent customer service. Good location for access and relative to distance of house, other kids activities, etc. Food is always good and no complaints... there. It has taken longer to get walk in orders completed quickly and lines back up quickly because of it. Sometimes only 1person working there that we can see. Doordash orders also seem to be impacting Service too. Read more
Staff was extremely helpful and fast with our order. Food was made right and was very tasty. Keep up the GREAT work.
