Pretty disappointed! We were excited to try this place but the service was pretty bad! A couple of teenage boys were goofing off... in the back and left one girl to do everything making the service very slow! The girl asked them several times for help and theyrefused! We went to play the board games that were on the table and the teenage boys grabbed the games and took them to the backto play! There needs to be a manager or adult helping to run this business! Came to visit on a SAT evening. So far have been standing in line for 30 minutes while I watch two unsupervised clueless... teenagers attempt to make orders hamstrung by this overly complicated nitrogen freezing ice cream assembly line. It hasliterally taken them 20 plus minutes to make 3 little cups of ice cream. I don't get it but I lost interest. I got tired ofstanding around and sat down while I waited on my wife. Closing in on FORTY MINUTES to get a little cup of ice cream. This placeis expensive on top of the wait. And there's not many people here. Hard pass on this joint. Read more

Would have been nice to try if she didn?t close the store 20 minutes early UPDATE: We went back the next day. The... aforementioned clerk was gone and replaced by 3 awesome teens. An awesome new concept in icecream. It's very hands on - you pick your base, add as many flavors as you want, and choose your... mix ins. If you don't feel adventurous, they have a variety of delicious recipes. They mix it up in front of you and then hit itwith the nitrogen. It's fun to watch the kid's amazement at the process.
