We were there last Wednesday in the early afternoon, and the girl who made my drink was so AMAZING!!!-- 2 decaf shots w/ one... pump of white mocha over ice w/ whole milk. This is my hubby's account, but my name is Kat. I forgot my barista's name b/c I'mnot great at names, but she was a young African-American girl, in her teens, and she made my day!!! Staff behavior super bad , chatting with his friend leaving us waiting for more than 15 minutes
The Barista Megan was very rude when I came up there was no one else there and she did not greet me she just walked away. I... waited for her to come back and then ordered the Matcha tea and some food she didnt mix the powder in and it was very clumpy atthis point there were more ppl in line so I tried to swirl it around myself to dissolve it but it was not going to work so Iasked her for a shaker so I could shake it myself she had a really big attitude with me and started basically talking backrolling her eyes saying that she stired it in and like they don?t give her a whisk she?s also a macho drinker so I told her Iwas like hey well if you drink the clumps of Matcha powder is gonna be sick and she?s like well I?m a macha drinker and enrolledher eyes at me again. I was given a cold brew because the nitro machine ran out, if I had known this I would have ordered something else but instead... they told me AFTER they handed me the cold brew that the machine was broken. I paid extra for nitro and then they told me nitrowas the same as cold brew just without ice. Even I said it wasn?t the same (as I know that nitro cold brews are breweddifferently and stronger! Which is why I preferred it) and I was like okay cus I didn?t want to argue and had waited longenough. Next time I don?t want to be made something else because the machine was out and corrected about it, I?d rather someonetold me first and let me change my order instead of giving me something that tastes terrible!
