I ordered 2 drinks today for my daughter and me. After taking my order the person behind the counter walked off without making... my coffee. My daughter got hers but mine never came. I?m as busy as every other parent in Katy so I value the quality time Ispend with my daughter. I didn?t want to spend our brief time together waiting 15 minutes for a regular coffee that should havetaken 2. When the person that took my order was nowhere to be found the young lady that I complained to said that it wasprobably my fault. What?! So I briefly explained that I was a paying customer and I expected the same service everyone else wasgetting. Needless to say by the time I got my coffee my daughter was finished with hers. Really nice employees but they never ask if I want whipped cream on my drinks. I often order through the mobile app and put the... option to add whipped cream and they still never do. They also never put chocolate/caramel syrup on top of the drinks that aresupposed to have it. Read more
I ONLY have 2 FAVORITE locations ~ my home SB, and THIS ONE!!! EXPEDIENT = DRIVE THRU!! I started frequenting Katy 1 - 3 times... per week these last 3 months. Candidly, not only do they have my drink and name memorized, but "me" as well! EVERY employee goesabove and beyond to make CERTAIN you are smiling before you leave! Coffee is never consistent. Some days it?s spot on and other days it?s horrible and extremely strong. Gross! Today was an off... day. Coffee is so strong. I requested creamer?and this is what it looks like after I got home and added Almond Milk, because thecreamer they supposedly added didn?t even make a bit of difference. I?ve been to many Starbucks places around Houston. This one probably has the best design. The food is the same as any other, but... the wait for food items takes a bit longer than usual. I also asked for no whip on my Frap, but I not only got whip on the top,but on the bottom! Read more
