Typical in-store Starbucks. A lot of high school kids buying their pumpkin spice latte right before school. Also a lot of moms... getting their fix while on their cellphone and pushing the racecar shopping cart. The staff is just as bored and inattentivehere as other Starbucks. 24-NOV-2019 There was only one lady at the counter and was little rude. I asked her extra hot coffee's. 1 dark roast extra... hot, 1 cappuccino extra hot and the other one regular hot. She said their coffee is always hot and I believed her and when Istarted driving back and when we tried having it, it was extra cold rather than hot. I waited for a while as there was just a trainee at the counter and the manger was somewhere else in the store. I didn't much... mind the over 5 minutes to order, but it was how the manger acted when she came back to work. Maybe it was a busy morningwhatever, but I at least expected some sort of nice service. She didn't even look at me as I ordered or apologized for the wait.The receipt machine was broken so I stood there for a minute or two as she struggled with that. Then there was no othercommunication that my transaction was completed.. so I just walked to the pick up counter where I watched the manger makesomeone else's drink who was behind me in line and the trainee gave me my pumpkin bread broken up in the bag, then finally mademy drink after warming up someone else's food order. The extra wait was something that was minor that ended up making me morefrustrated by the service I received. I was in a great mood this morning but not much anymore. This Starbucks is inside a Kroger grocery store. Small with only a few tables but I've never seen it crowded. The coffee is... the same burnt bitter brew you get at any Starbucks so add as many flavorings, toppings and fancy junk possible to make itdrinkable. Read more
