I stop here often on my way to work and they have always been wonderful! Friendly, fast service and just great coffee. Today I... ordered the traveler pack from another location and when I arrived to pick it up they informed me they could not make my orderand were going to refund me. Ordered my usual..quad espresso w/ cream and 4 sugars. Hot. Small cup. It was as if my server read my mind as he stated my order... before I could even tell him. My espresso was THE WHOLE four shots... (sometimes I question whether or not I was given the whole4 shots bcuz of the amount of liquid in my cup) Awesome FRIENDLY and ACCURATE service! Read more
Even though there's no drive through I have never had any issue at this Starbucks location. Much better than the nearby... locations. Everything sheets in stock and never anything wrong with the orders. 5 stars!! Read more
My go to coffee shop after bicycle rides at George Bush Park. They know my order when I walk thru the door. Always nice to talk... to people that bring their pets and sit on the sidewalk. The employees are AWESOME and good people. Stop by and say hello. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Wait, what ? Vietnamese coffee? At Starbucks?!?!? Nuckn Futz !!!! With all the ?new? independent coffee shops popping up on... every corner, Starbucks would have been my last resort, until now. My husband and I went to Starbucks store #06419 and receivedthe best service EVER. Maria accepted the challenge of, not only 1, but 2 ?special? requests. This is where Starbucks lost meyears ago. Being in service based business myself, NO is not in my vocabulary when it comes to customer satisfaction.
