Savack, our server, was amazing. Funny, personable, and quick to serve us. We came in at a great time and sat outside. Weather... was nice, wine was great and the cheese board was incredible. Usually cheese boards are great with presentation but subpar intaste— however this was not the case at Sonoma. They had a great selection of cheeses that complimented the flight perfectly.My favorite wine was their newly added Grenache. Amazing! We will, of course, be back again. Regarding the complaints listedhere: I’m not sure if they came at a busy time, but we had intimate and attentive service. I suggest coming during happy houror on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday! There service, friendliness and atmosphere are great! Savak (employee) is so fun and very good at suggesting, pairing and just... making your visit nice. Overall it’s great for a date night, or a girls night! Oh and the food is great! So glad y’allopened one in Katy!!! Read more
I've Never giving anyone 2 Stars, but this will possibly help the establishment get it together. The waiter who waited on us... knew nothing about wine, when I let him know that this was our first visit there when we asked him what wines paired with theirChacaturie boards he couldn't provide us with anything to help out so we just picked and hope for the best. Love this place! As someone learning about wine, it is amazing to have such an extensive list of wines by the glass. They also... have wine flights which is awesome! The cheese and charcuterie are delicious and high quality. Kyle knows so much and makesbeautiful cheese boards to enjoy, the recommendations are on point! We stopped in on a whim...lazy Sunday afternoon in between errands, and wanted a quick break. We are so glad we did, and will be... back when we have more time to relax and hang out a bit! Service was great and the options for wine and cheese/charcuterie werevaried and broad. Read more
Not sure what people are talking about with the service. Maybe it gets really busy? We had a great time. Server even gave us a... great rec for a new wine to try. We had one of their cheese selections and the cheesecake mousse, both of which were great andthe cheese selection came with nice bread and a bit of honey. My only complaint would be the tasting flight setup. It’s $25for three half glass pours. So that’s $25 for 1.5 glasses. Would definitely rather have 6 quarter glass pours and get toexplore more wines to find one I like. No one wants to be forced to drink a half a glass of wine they don’t like.
