Update: very rude car hop because I didn't leave a tip. I ordered a single fountain drink. The location was good. As in my... picture, the tots were not filled like they should be. I promise I didn't eat any before the picture was taken, lol. The burgerwas excellent. I tried adding garlic salt this time and it made it 100% better. I had to ask for my receipt, something thatusually doesn't happen. The car hop was really friendly and polite. She returned to my car after a few minutes to check on me. Read more
Very bad experience, don't come here if you want to feed your family. I tried to order from the booth and the system was bad,... attendant very confusing and not understanding, went to the drive thru, ordering was easy but when confirming the order forpayment another big mess, manager had to come to be able to fix the order, that took 10min, after waiting order came missingdrinks and 1 sandwich, had to leave the car and go inside to get ordered fixed. The whole process took 40min and arriving homewe realized both kid's juices were missing and I have been charged for all!!! Not coming back for sure, will spend few minutesdriving to Westheimer instead if ever back to Sonic at all. Read more
I love sonic, but time after time after time, this sonic has constantly disappointed me with their service. My biggest one is... keeping my change. I like Sonic, love their Hickory Sauce! Today's visit was ok. There was a problem with the speaker and they couldn't hear me.... There was a language barrier as the order taker spoke mostly Spanish, I speak only English. So my order wasn't exactly correct.They food took forever to be delivered, But it was hot and delicious. The food was very good. The car hops were extremely slowmoving... just leisurely walking and only 2 were carrying changers. They would have to return inside to make change. Weird. Ourcar hop was carrying a changer but still had to go inside to get 3 bucks and some coin. Although he was very friendly and movedquicker than the rest. Overall it was ok, but they were so slow. SUMMER IS HERE AT SONIC!!! My annual favorite is the red bull slushie and the flavor of the season is Strawberry Apricot !!! And... let me tell you it?s so refreshing and good. I went to the sonic about 10 minutes ago and honestly ? the customer service from one of the female associates was appalling. It... was a discomfort for my family to dine tonight apparently. She was trying to withhold our food until I took the receipt that shehad on her tray. She also asked the name of the order while rolling her eyes several times even though I confirmed it was thename twice, I had to snatch the food from her the second time because she refused to give me the food.
