Employees here do not want to work and treat customers as a huge burden to their day which appears to consist of mainly standing... around and slacking off. Sometimes they'll outright forget your drink too, then act like you're the problem. I hope this Soniclocation does the town of Katy a favor and goes out of business. It won't be missed. Read more

Their screens don't work, so if you pay with a credit card (who doesn't?), they have to bring your food, take your card back in... to charge it, then bring it back out. And because the screens don't work, you can't make sure your order is right, which itusually isn't. And I don't even have a complicated order. The building is also filthy and needs repair.
