Went to Smoothie King in Katy on I-10 today. The drive thru line was long but there were no other customers in the store. I... walked in and 3 workers were working on orders. I stand where I assume they take orders. None of the workers acknowledge me.After a couple of minutes I ask if I this is where I place an order. One worker says yes and she will be with me shortly. Icontinue to stand there for several minutes more and still none of the 3 workers assists me or acknowledges me. I turn to walkout. Still no one says anything. Though my daughters frequent this store, it was my first and last time. I?m hopeful none ofthem was the manager because if one was, they need to learn customer service. If not, the manager needs to teach the employeesto acknowledge whoever comes inside and say ?Welcome to Smoothie King. Look over our menu and we will take your order in a fewminutes? and then if you can?t get back to them in a few minutes at least acknowledge them. Read more

My first time here at this location. Incredibly frustrating experience. I order and I wait patiently. I see 4 other customers... come in after me, order, get their drink and leave. I mention how I?ve been waiting and have seen 4 others come and go while Iwait. Instead of making it right I get told those people ordered online and get served ahead of in store customers if theirreceipt prints first. That?s understandable, but these people were not online orders. They walked up to the counter andordered just like I did. After 18min of waiting they find some smoothie that had been sitting on the shelf for who knows howlong. I was there waiting at attention the whole time, and nobody called my name. Gave me a nice warm 18min old Smoothie iswhat they did. I?ll forgive a business if they admit they were wrong and apologize or at least try make it right. Feed me aline of BS and I?ll never go back. This is the 5th time in a row I ordered through the mobile app then get to the store and they haven't even started making my... smoothie. Today the lobby is closed, there's a line wrapped around the building.... At this point the smoothie isn't worth thewait... I'm on my lunch break and I'm not waiting 45 minutes for a smoothie. Just left the hospital across the interstate (thought I was in labor) and all I wanted was a smoothie. It was 6 minutes until... closing but they already had the door locked and wouldn?t let me in. As a hungry pregnant crazy person I was not impressed. Boo???????? Read more

Today I went to smoothie king and got a pineapple surf the drink was amazing. Angela took my order, and made sure I didn?t... forget my add on?s like immune boosters, multi vitamin?s and so much more. When I approached the window to pay. Ordered a 40 oz and only get half the cup filled. What am I paying for? Tell the people working there, and I get ignored like I... wasn't there. Funny how I was the only person there and no one was in the drive thru. They didn't say they would remake it andtry to fix it . Just kept ignoring me until I left with my 20oz in a 40 oz drink. This was an online order, and I ordered 10minutes before .... This location is terrible... Nobody there cares about their job and it shows. Telling everyone I know aboutthis bad experience. Read more
