Had gotten a cream cheese roll, and my dad had gotten two regular cinnamon rolls. I start eating what I thought was the cream... cheese cinnamon roll, just to realize it doesn't have my cream cheese in it, so I check the other two, and to my dismay theyalso don't have any cream cheese what so ever, so we ask to exchange one of the cinnamon rolls for a creame cheese roll, justfor her to say there isn't any, SOOOOO your telling me you didn't bother to tell me there wasn't any before we bought- GIRLBYE!????????? Today was my final time stopping at this location. I always ask every single time ?did the donuts just come out? they tell me... yes. Then I ask ?how long have they been sitting?. They always say only 3-5 minutes. Then when I get the donuts they are notwarm and have the white flaky crush because it?s been sitting at least 15 minutes. Why lie over a $5 dollar box of donuts. Thishas happen at least six times so I?m done with this location and I know they know who I am because I ask so many questions toensure they are fresh but I?m constantly lied to. Pretty good donuts! I love to warm up donuts and they were even better warmed. Customer service is what I expect from a donut... shop, decent but rushed. So overall get your donuts and enjoy. Read more
When I went on a Saturday it was empty. Woulda liked a warm donut but it was still nice and fluffy after being made that... morning. Employee was nice. Might try the drive thru next time. Good prices and yummy coffee n donuts! Read more
Ask for my donuts to be warmed still received them cold, ask for them to be warmed still were not warmed. Chose to just accept... it as is, but into a day old donut. They were definitely not fresh at all! Read more
