The customer service was great! They continuously came to check and make sure everything was great! I love the amount of options... at this place, but the flavor in broth wasn?t there. The broth had no flavor that I had to add things like soy sauce, seasameoil, and spicy peppers into it. Maybe it was just the type of broth I got which was the Shabu House Special Spicy. Read more

Perfect for cold weather! All you can eat hotpot! They are very attentive which helps remove clutter from the table. Everyone is... able to choose their own soup and there?s a buffet for all the veggies, noodles/ramen and condiments. You order your proteinwith the waitress. Don?t forget your dessert at the end! All you can eat hotpot with individual pots! I think it was a Korean owned restaurants as the menu also was in Korean along... English. They play kpop in the big screen and had Korean dishes such as Japchae, toppokki and Korean style fried rice. The placewas absolutely clean and provides clean plates and gloves for cleanliness! The hotpot item selection was vast and had manydifferent kind of seafood and veggies. They also had specialty noodles such as Pumpkin noodle, spinach noodle and rice noodles.All their broths were beef and seafood based and can be made to spicy. They have 10 different kind of meat choices and priceruns for dinner at $29.99 which is very rightly priced for all the choice and options. The wait staffs are very nice andfriendly. Best AYCE Shabu style hotpot in town!! We have been here twice now with family and every time we are so stuffed that we couldn't... move after. My go to beef bone gravy soup base with added spice. Selection of meat is pretty amazing and comes out very fast.Most places when you order meats, takes a bit of time . You are able to get your full moneys worth of food at this rate. Myfavorite meat selection number 3 and 1 . Tell them how many you want of each and they will stack it on each plate to make iteasier instead of having a bunch of plates. Noodle selection - fresh spinach/pumpkin/ noodles and some other, dried raman ,vermicelli Frozen seafood- Fish , scallops, octopus, crabs, crawfish and more Fresh Vegetable bar with bok choy , spinach ,napa cabbage, and many more. OH and also a pretty nice mushroom selection. Sauce Bar- You can choose from the house saucesthat they put together or make your own. TIP: cook your thinly sliced meat in boiling broth for a few seconds. or dip it a fewtimes then its perfectly cooked. Don't over cook it then it'll get chewy or fall apart. THE BEST PART and the treat is tastingthe broth at the end with all the ingredients you added in. Gives that broth a rich, flavorful , bold taste! Lastly they have apretty nice selection in Ice cream- Green tea, strawberry, red bean , vanilla, and Coffee My mom has gone during lunch hoursand said it wasn't worth it . Meat selection is limited. This is my favorite hot pot place. The flavor of the broth is very mild so it does not interfere with the ingredients that you... add into it. I love the sauce station so you have more control of the flavor of what you eat. The staff members remember us andalways take great care of us when we come. Veggies are always well stocked and fresh.
