Missing toppings on my untossed Salad and had to drive across town. The offer was for me to drive back (spend gas money) to pick... up the toppings that they forgot to put on and that they would retrain their staff. The portions of toppings that I did get onthe regular sized salad seemed to be the amount that is out on a small salad. Salata has always been a GO TO during lunch breaks! They never disappoint. I always have leftovers which is a plus. ????
I walked in and wasn?t greeted by the staff because they were too busy talking amongst each other. I walked to the online... counter. I was asked if I was there for a pick up. I said yes. I was told to look through the bags on the rack for my order.They never asked my order number or name to confirm anything. I could have easily taken someone else?s order. Never go here (this location). People are super rude and don?t explain anything to you. They didn?t even give us rolls, pita... chips, or drinks for my nephew and niece. They?re also super expensive and they don?t even give you dressing for free! How crazyis that?! You?re better off going somewhere else for your salad like Sweet Tomatoes or even Chick-fil-A (the Memorial locationis apparently good though my sister goes there with the kids and they?ve never had problems there). Salads in a cafeteria style line. It was my first time trying it and the ingredients were fresh. Some ingredients you?d expect,... such as blue cheese dressing, seemed to be missing, but I didn?t ask to clarify. The place was plainly decorated and packed atan odd hour (4 pm). The prices seemed a little high for a salad. If you want a large mix of ingredients in your salad, it makessense. Otherwise, you?d be better off preparing your own. Read more
