Ritters is a popular place. I stopped here on a Saturday after dinner time and it was already crowded. The ordering line moved... quickly as they were well staffed. The tables and site were very clean and presentable. I ordered a chocolate heath barglacier which is similar to a blizzard. The flavour and texture were very good. However when I got to the bottom 1/4 of thedessert, it ran out of heath bar. Unfortunately it was not thoroughly mixed all the way to the bottom. The top 3/4 was perfect. I am not sure how this one was made, but some establishments mix the ingredients in in half?s meaning they mix the bottom ofhalf the order then add ingredients to mix the top half of the order. Had mud sundae, turtle sundae and vanilla. The mud sundae was too sweet , but the turtle and vanilla were awesome. The pecans... were fresh. Lovely place to sit out and enjoy the weather. Must go there and you are sure to become a regular. Consistent product and service. My wife and I been coming here for 10+ years... and we now bring the whole family. Wish the drive through was a bit faster but it's not terrible, you can always walk up aswell. Plentiful parking. Read more

I showed up at 9:40 pm and they had 4 workers in the building. The website says that they close at 10:00 pm. The ?Open? Sign was... off and they looked closed. I went to the window because i have been a loyal customer for years and this has never occurred wheni wanted a late night glacier. The manager told me they decided to close early tonight since it was cold outside. I had a hugeorder to make for my family and was very upset that I couldn?t order our glaciers that we love so much. I am bothered that thisplace is going down hill the way it is. The workers used to be amazing. I would love to speak to the owner personally. This typeof business practice can?t be respected.
