Bad customer service and false advertisemwnt..you order whats on the ad and they say not on the menu.sorry..come to the popeyes... on mason and they have the exact same advertisement and they honor that price. The staff is often unfriendly (sometimes plain rude), food quality is hit or miss, and the app NEVER works. Do yourself a favor... and drive - few miles up Mason road to the corporate location, I?ve never had an issue there. Read more
No one there could hardly speak English. I got the popcorn shrimp. Was overdone and hard. Waited a long time for my food. Is... no coordination at all during workers. Manager Justice unorganized. I did not enjoy this visit to this location today. There was a huge language barrier with the cashier. First she told me they... didn't have what I ordered....so she offered me something else, I accepted, then she gave me what I originally asked for. Whichwas great but she didn't give me the any sides - though iw as charged for a meal that comes with one. Then when I asked for myside she got an attitude with me - like it was my fault she didn't do her job. I'm never going to tell anyone who to hire, butif someone doesn't understand what their serving in the language their serving it in then maybe they should be doing somethingelse. I hope that doesn't sound racist because I'm not trying to be. But there has to be a better way to provide jobs for thosewith less-than good English-speaking skills without sacrificing customer service. Read more
Tells me to move forward and park in the spaces in front just to completely forget about me and force me to go and try and knock... at the door and then they dont even remember my order. Now I'm back in my car again waiting for my order, we'll see if it evencomes out correctly. This locations always been very poorly managed so I'm not very surprised but it's the closest to me.Corporate definitely needs to look into doing something with the staff here. Read more
I just left this restaurant and when I got to work and took a bite out of my chicken tender is was RAW! I called them to report... it and the 1st person I talked to argued with me it was the wrong store. I told her I know what store it is because I work 2businesses down from their location. Finally she transferred me to the "manager" I told her my problem with the raw chicken andshe said come back and they will replace it. I told her I couldn't leave work again I can't go back until 6 when I get out. She had an attitude and said well then we will replace it then. I told her no, I just want a refund. No more raw chicken forme. YUCK! Her attitude really is not professional at all. No apology nothing just very blunt. Read more
