Bad customer service and false advertisemwnt..you order whats on the ad and they say not on the menu.sorry..come to the popeyes... on mason and they have the exact same advertisement and they honor that price. I just left this restaurant and when I got to work and took a bite out of my chicken tender is was RAW! I called them to report... it and the 1st person I talked to argued with me it was the wrong store. I told her I know what store it is because I work 2businesses down from their location. Finally she transferred me to the "manager" I told her my problem with the raw chicken andshe said come back and they will replace it. I told her I couldn't leave work again I can't go back until 6 when I get out. She had an attitude and said well then we will replace it then. I told her no, I just want a refund. No more raw chicken forme. YUCK! Her attitude really is not professional at all. No apology nothing just very blunt. Read more
