Everything in the bowl tasted off/stale. I've been to other Pokework locations and they were not this bad. If you want poke... you're better off not going to this particular location. Read more

I?ve been coming to this Pokeworks since it opened and every time that I go, the portion size gets smaller and smaller yet the... price has increased. I even mentioned to the guy that everyone else?s bowl on the counter appeared more full. He looked thencontinued like I said nothing. Such a disappointing experience. :( Read more

First time dabbling with raw fish, and I've got to say, I didn't expect to love it so much. From the way the salmon and ahi tuna... melt like butter on your tongue to the delicious mix in options, I'd give it 5 stars for flavor. Where is suffers, for me, isportion size. Unfortunately, I'm a big guy and it would take a $30 bowl to fill me up. But that minor quibble aside, I highlyrecommend Pokeworks as a healthy, delicious and (for me) novel meal. Read more

The food was very fresh and there was plenty of options. I ordered a Poke bowl and everything tasted great. However the portion... size for some of the toppings were small so I ordered extra of a topping and of course it was an additional charge. I also wishI could have paid over the phone without having to order on the app. I was already in front of the restaurant and the appwouldn?t download. I have a baby and it?s inconvenient to get him out and in the car so I asked if they could do curbside. Theysaid they could bring it out to me but only if I paid on the app. I ended up ordering over the phone and had to go inside topay. I had to take my son out of the car and and my order wasn?t ready because they forgot to ask me for the mixings. Once theygot my order right and as I was paying, my son was trying to grab anything he saw on the counter lol. I just wanted to grab andgo. Some parents have small children and it makes it challenging to carry food while handling a baby/ or babies. I didn?tunderstand why I couldn?t pay over the phone when I had told them I was already in front of the restaurant. It?s also a littlepricy for the servings you get. I paid over $16 for a small Poke bowl that had brown rice, ahi tuna, salmon, seaweed salad, andother toppings with ponzu sauce. Overall the food was what I expected. It was just pricy and a challenge when I went to pick upmy food. Read more

We order here often through the app, there is a lack of consistency in the portion size. Once it will be smaller (size of the... container was even small - called told and told "trying to use up old containers") the next time portions were correct - great. Yesterday another order and my 2 protein looked smaller and hubby's 3 protein was the same size as mine. Food is always greatbut just don't understand how its not the same every time...the open container is the 2 protein. We were very disappointed. Read more

I love the food, however I have 4 stars because everytime I came they are always different about the portion, they sometime is... full topping, sometime is less topping. Hopefully they can keep their portion always same. Read more

This is my second time ordering the first time it was missing things and it did not taste good so pokeworks gave me a free... entree to give it a try one more time i went over there gave it a try it was good i liked it. So I decided to order again todaythrough the app. It didn?t give me options for a spicy mayo or anything so i called them i asked for an extra chapstick and soysauce and spicy mayo she said spicy mayo would be extra charge i told her they didn?t tell me that when i went over there shesaid it?s ok i can add it. The food came with no soy sauce no spicy mayo but they added the chopstick. I don?t know what?s wrongyou have a business you make a mistake once not twice especially if you reach out and try to make it right. I gave it multiplechances. It?s just not working. Read more

I?ve tried both their Poke and the Sushi burrito and if you?re between choosing one or the other go with the poke. The Poké was... really good, and I felt like the serving size was great. The sushi burrito however was so disappointing. They do no spread outthe ingredients so one end of my burrito was just unseasoned rice and unseasoned shrimp. And the other end was globs of spicyMayo and every other ingredient I added, and the cream cheese I paid extra for was spilling out the end of it so I didn?t evenget to enjoy it in my actual burrito. On another note their teas are really good, but overall I think your best bet would be toget a Poké bowl, it?s the main reason this place still gets 4 stars. Read more
