Not that I just waited 45 minutes in my car only to be told that my order was not even made. They do not have all of the... toppings. So I agree to a refund. Not that the very rude manager tries to force me to take a pizza he just put in the ovenstating it had "some" of the toppings. Do better! Read more

Got to meet the new manager who is really bringing this location back. He made sure my order was correct, and that I had all the... sauces I was supposed to. My pizza was hot and fresh, but the best thing was this was the first time in a long time I havegotten a stuffed crust pizza where the cheese didn?t leak out of the crust. They are really stepping up the quality and care fortheir customers orders. This is my new favorite location for sure! If you had a bad experience in the past please give itanother try with this new manager, and you won?t be disappointed. Read more

Andrew at this location offered to deliver pizza to my hotel that this branch normally does not even deliver to. Other branches... made excuses and transferred me to different locations. So thankful to Andrew because my kids are starving and not much else isopen. Read more

Ordered pizza and cinnamon rolls online two hours early at 5 PM to be delivered at 7:30 PM with delivery fee AND tip. Delivery... was 4 miles from store. Called @ 8:30 PM -- an hour AFTER it was to have been delivered. Finally got pizza at 9 PM. So much fora nice dinner after a 12-hour shift. Read more

This Store has seen some rough times in the years, months, and days prior to today. This Pizza Hut is going through a transition... to new management. The quality of service and product have been reinstated to what we know And love Pizza Hut to be. From sauceto crust to cheese and every topping available our standards are back to 5 stars. I should be able to get a refund on the pizza that was not delivered and should get a refund on all of it due to the fact that... it was delivered cold in the first place. My husband told me that the lady on the phone with my daughter was very rude as hecould hear the conversation as the lady was yelling at my daughter. This is ridiculous that I have to pay for pizza that Inever received. I will not be using Pizza Hut again. The lady threatened my daughter when she wanted to come pick it up sayingthat she would call the cops. It wouldn't let me put everything. Basically we ordered at 4:20 to have a 6:30 delivery. At7:30 nothing had arrived. When it did, the order only had 1 pizza and wings. They were supposed to deliver the remaining pizzabut at 9 pm they still had not delivered it. Read more

Visited the Pizza Hut at 803 S Mason during lunch time. Only saw one employee, and he was hustling!!! Making pizzas, handling... orders, taking care of walk in customers, getting it done!!! I should have gotten the employees name to give him some credit,wish other restaurants employees had his kind of drive!!! Pizza was cooked perfect and looked great!!! TLDR: COLD food, OLD food, 45 MINUTES LATE, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGER, & got WRONG ORDER If I could give zero... stars I would. I placed an order for a scheduled ahead delivery over an hour ahead if time. 10 minutes after the delivery timepassed and no food was in sight, I contacted the store. I spoke with someone who I assume was the manager (since they neverintroduced themselves) and said my order had gotten buried and that it was just now put in the oven. Offered me a $10 coupontowards my next purchase as the best they could do. The food gets here at 8:45 finally. Open it up to find the orders are wrong.1st, both pizzas were supposed to be extra pepperoni. One was missing jalapeños, and the other sides (that were not extra) thatwere on each pizza was covered. So one pizza, covered in black olives. The other, covered in banana pepper. So even when we tookoff all the excess, all it tasted like was bananana pepper, or olive, and you couldn't even taste the pepperoni. Also, bothpizzas were cold. Finally, we ordered 3 different kinds of wings. At least those were hot, but 2 of the 3 were not even coatedin sauce, and one of the 2 the sauce had coagulated at the bottom, like it was old. I would NEVER order from this locationagain. Those whole experience was absurd and I can't believe I paid $50 for this. Read more
