My family and I visited this Panera location for the very first time. The restaurant is huge, nice, and clean. There are 4... self-ordering kiosks that were easy and convenient to use. There are 2 beverage stations: one is for coffee and tea (in thefront), while the other is for cold drinks (in the back of the dining room). The food was enjoyable. Restrooms are in the back.Wifi is fast. Aside from having a huge dining room, they also have patio seating. There?s ample parking, and they have adrive-thru. I took off 1 star because (1) the dark roast coffee wasn?t hot; (2) there?s almost always no one in the frontcounter so that customers who want to order from a person stood and waited there for 3-5 minutes; (3) one of the self-orderkiosks was acting up; and (4) they have very limited pastry offerings. This is by far the best Panera location I?ve been to. The outdoor sitting are is everything. The vibes just feel right? the food... as usual is good. This would be my new location even if it?s really far from my I just love the scenery? you can get really nicepictures too Read more
One of my favorite places for breakfast. blueberry bagel with cream cheese is very delicious. The spinach artichoke soufflé is... also delicious. The broccoli cheese soup is also tasty. Great selection of charged lemonades and hot beverages. Read more

What the hell is this! I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado melt And this is what I got, This looks disgusting, I will not be... eating this, This was closest Panera near me which is 15-20 mins away from me. I have never seen this sandwich made this way.Very disappointed. Read more
Food was great. Service needs help, only one cashier and she was rude because people didn't want to use the tablets. I... personally find it convenient to self check out but there's no need to be rude to customers that don't. The order was placedright but when the food came out one person's meal was missing and a soda cup. Read more
The food was not good here the last time we ordered! We had a large order for work and everyone ended up either getting sick or... throwing their food away. The chipotle hi ken avocado melt was so nasty, the chicken was PINK and when we called they said theyget the chicken pre-cooked and they just warm it up in the toaster over, when I asked if they do a quality check of their foodbefore delivering it the girl went silent and just said well we know it?s cooked because we get it pre-cooked. The grilledcheese we ordered was BURNT the toast was so charred it had to be thrown away too. The yoga parfait we got was probably 3 daysold, if not older. The granola was SOGGY and the yogurt was thick and clumpy and the fruit was already turning BLACK Anddisgusting. We did not receive the hot chocolate we ordered nor the Honey Walnut Cream Cheese Tub we ordered as well! When wecalled them about this they said they could only refund us for the cream cheese and hot chocolate we didn?t receive. Read more
