Always great service at this location. My favorites are the Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, String Bean Chicken and the Kung... Pao Chicken. The super greens are tasty and the brown rice is good. The Cream Cheese Ragoons are good. Read more
Employee guy took my order bad service rushing me for I had a question to ask. Got my order wrong. Went inside to correct just... ordered again and didn't say a word however got the same service rude didn't say thank you, come again nothing. Worst customer service I?ve seen in a while. I ordered food from the Panda Express website for the mason and kingsland location... for delivery. I was brought the wrong food. Like not even close to what I would eat. When I called this store to see what to dothey said I have to call corporate or the location and when I read the email I got for confirmation with their number as acontact for delivery or food issues, I was told the manager was out and he couldn?t help. Then when the door dash person said tocall the store to get it fix after he spoke to his door dash boss and was told all would be fixed. The guy said he would nothelp me. I paid for the food and got no food so if you want to waste your money then go here. Read more

All broccoli, no beef in the beef and broccoli. Literally, 1 single, small piece of beef. Jorge, the manager, was very nice, but... he tells me this is just how the mix comes to them. ??????? So I guess this is just a corporate problem, coming down from thetop. If not including meat in the dishes that advertise that they have meat is how they plan to cut costs, that's fine, butafter multiple experiences of this at different Pandas, next time I want Chinese, I'll take my business to a mom-and-pop Chineserestaurant instead. Good shrimp ???? with honey ???? and walnut but thus is the only seafood option they have wich is annoying coz some people want... to eat healthy but they still love panda express so the business should have thought about those and make some healthyselections for them like steamed shrimp or fish fillet And when i do my survey all i get it a tiny box of nodules...whilerecipes says free entree Anyway ...????
