One of a kind concept. Family owned pasta factory and restaurant. Clean bright fun decor. Their pasta and their sauces are... very good. As good as the high end Italians in-town without the overhead. I had fettuccini with pesto sauce - and it was thebest and most authentic I tasted outside Italy. Bit far for us but we will be regulars as they sell pasta and sauces packagedto cook at home. If you've never had homemade pasta this is a good place to try it, good amount of sauce; the sauce is decent, but nothing to... rave about. Bread is not good, garlic bread is essentially frozen garlic rubbed breadsticks. Latte is decent. Inside atmosphereisn't the best wouldn't come here on a date, they do have real glasses and silverware though.
