It is not good at all. The two employees that work there are very lazy. I went there Friday at night and there was no Hershey... top liquid chocolate and I asked the person to add more. The girl told that she was not going to do it because it would take along time. And then she said ?I?m sorry?. What in the world people thinks that saying ?I?m sorry? is going to resolve or fix aproblem? ?Im sorry became a solution for any problem. Just say ?I?m sorry? and all problems will be resolved. In addition, theplace is not clean - as the employees don?t have willingness to work. You can see their faces ? There are other better placesin Katy to go. Avoid this location. Read more

Nothing wrong with the product, but why is this location so filthy and disgusting?? The floors are nasty, the windows are... filthy, the door to the store is even disgusting. Also the girl working here is currently on her phone with half the toppingsout, the beverage fridge hardly has any drinks in it and 2 of the yogurt flavors are out. Yogurt and toppings were delicious, floor was grossly sticky as were counter tops in service area. Looked like it hadn?t been... mopped or wiped all day. Employee was very sweet and said they mopped all the time but it just stays sticky. Not an inexpensiveouting. Should be clean when serving food. We won?t be returning to this location. Read more
My family loves this place. One of the fews who stays open till 10pm. They have yummy flavors. I feel some of them are ice cream... and not frozen yogurt at all. They need to hire more people for the summer and weekends. Always crowded and dirty and the flooris sticky. Bin is always full and balancing the dirty cups. We go and grab ours and come out. i?m not quite sure what all these other reviews are talking about! this store is extremely clean and has so many yummy toppings... and yogurt flavors to choose from! the employees are always super friendly and outgoing and always make me laugh! i bring mykids in all the time and the employees always give them stickers! if you love froyo definitely come here!!! I typically love menchies but this location was filthy when I went. I was very surprised at how dirty it was?The photos do not... even show how bad it actually was in person. I think this location needs serious maintenance. Wouldn?t go back. Read more
I came in past 8pm on a very rainy day. The place was dead. The two girls working were there just talking while the place was... so dirty. Not like they didn?t have the time to clean. Some of the yogurt flavors were running low and some buns empty in thefruit bins and empty chocolate syrups. Read more
