I pre-ordered curbside at the McDonalds at 405 S Fry in Katy. I waited in the assigned spot for 10 minutes and nobody showed up.... I finally went in. There was a long line to order. When I finally got their attention they gave me my order without the friesand without the drink. This was horrible service but to be honest I often drive away without a key component of my order. It?s aterrible restaurant. People generally accept the poor service and say what do you expect? It?s McDonalds. I?m tired of doingthat. Read more

Last time I came here, the drive thru line was atrocious. So I went inside to get my family's food to go. Order from a giant... tablet, dumb. Then it takes 25 minutes to get the food. 3 out of 4 meals were made WRONG. Read more

This McDonald's does get pretty busy so waiting in line for your food will take a while. The customer service is decent and... going on the inside to get your food the place is pretty clean. McDonald's food is pretty much the same at whatever McDonald'syou go to so for me a really just all boiled down to customer service and the people working at this location do a really goodjob. But they are stingy on the napkins and ketchup. Asking for extra ketchup you get two packs. And when you ask for napkinsafter you have asked for extra you have to let them know if you could get a little bit more napkins. Read more
