mcdonarld' s kid play place and toys are much better than chick fil a. Updated to one star. Frappe machine down more than 2... months (but you can still order on kiosk screen and waste money only get a coffee). One drink fountain no ice for more than 2months. Seems this MacDonald service quality is down very quickly. Service is slower. Showing close at 11pm but when I am therearound 10:30, staff still in but saying closed. Read more
I had placed an order for an iced coffee ahead of time thru their app. After indicating the restaurant that I was there to pick... my coffee, I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes in the curbside with no response from the restaurant. So I decided to goinside and retrieve my coffee. I couldn't find anyone to help me until I had to catch a server who told me that their coffeemachine is down. I had already been at the restaurant for almost 25 minutes at this point. I was not even offered an apologyforget the refund. This restaurant has been horrible with their customer service in the past but this was totally unacceptable.I hope that the owners will take notice. Read more
Who doesn't love McDonalds. Been eating at McDonald's since a little tot and I've always loved their menu. This location is... probably one of my favorite ones not just because it's close to my house but they always seem to actively get my order correctfor the most part and it seems as though the food is fresher than some locations meaning that the burger or chicken nuggetshaven't been sitting under a hot lamp. There service comes with a smile. Will continue to use this McDonald's location forfuture meals. Read more

We placed an order at 6:55PM. We got nothing until 7:20PM. our fries and burgers were sitting on the preparation desk. No one... took care of it. We complained about the cold food. They replaced the fried and chicken burger. We thought it was the end of thestory, but 1 hour later, when we got home, my wife got sick after eating the chicken burger. Don't risk your life to complain.They are TERRIBLE. Read more
