Listening to the little girl behind the counter curse at her coworkers and dropped the f-bomb multiple times just added to the... atmosphere! The 20-minute wait between ordering a single hamburger and getting my order was also amazing. The only thing thatmade it even better was the disgustingly unclean drink station that was out of iced tea. This is a great place to go if you'dlike to reset your baseline of what a bad restaurant really is. Oh yeah, don't bother calling their customer service number.You will not get the promised call back to address your concerns. Read more
I only go to McDonalds for the kids and i swear lately yall do not care about giving cold food. Dont yall have a time limit on... everything how long it can sit. Whole meal was horrible nasty cold fries complained and they acted like i was bothering them. what ever happened to the management here? these guys had great service. Came here today 30 minutes before closing and you can... see through the window a few employees just hiding- no one could take an order because they were purposely not taking orders.They saw our car and laughed and then hid again. the ratings on this location keeps dropping- not surprised.. cant wait to seeit drop even more. This place will take your money and tell you to park in the parking lot for 5 plus minutes every time. Even small basic orders... take long time. Is understaffed during busy and slow hours. Dont wast your time on this one. Only redemi g quality is they stillgot 1 dollar cheese burgers. At least they get that one right. The old cliché "I wish I could give negative stars" comes to mind! Dining room hours posted on the door clearly read open until... 10 P.M. This is not the case! They were closed by 9 P.M., and looked at me with utter disdain for asking to even use therestroom!! On top of that they got the drive through order wrong and the manager/staff were rude!! Read more
HORRIBLE..my daughter's burger was not coooked...chicken sandwich had the mayo on ONE side of the top piece of the bun..it's... under the lettuce. You see it has lettuce, mayo and tomato..NONE of the tomatoes ended up on the sandwich! They were just thrownin the box! Effing AWFUL! fries was cold..need to gone out of business! Read more
We just visited this location and I was must say we will be back ! This McDonald?s was so clean, the customer service was... phenomenal. The food was fresh and good. The woman who cleans the lobby was so nice, just happy and stayed smiling. My son justadored her. The play area was so clean, as soon as someone got up to leave, that lady was right there to wipe the table andseats down. Read more
