The style of place is more of getting takeout but they do have tables if you decide to eat there. Love the katsu here! It’s... extra crunchy and affordable. The portions are pretty big so I got the mini meal which is pictured. They have cabbage with themeal which gives it a refreshing taste. Read more
Went for the first time and the guy at the counter was super helpful. When he found out it was our first time, he made... suggestions on entrees and even how to customize them for the best expierence. I should have gotten his name but charge it to myhead not my heart. He brought our food to us and everything. The customer service was A1. We decided on the seafood mix with thegarlic shrimp insread of fried. It was delicious. First time customer, I ordered my food online. The total cost came to $13.00. When I arrived to pick up my order the cashier... entered my order and the amount changed to $15 close to $16. When I questioned her and told her that was not the total onlinegave me when ordered online. She stated there was nothing she can do and she has complained to the owners about this and nothinghas changed. I told her I was not happy and for being a first time customer I will be happy to write a review online and maybethe "owners" will pay attention. She said- yeah maybe. I even asked her if they do not honor the false advertisement they haveonline? She simply said the most she can do is take off $1.00. Ridiculous, False advertisement, Poor customer service!
