I ordered 2 items. There were no customers inside or in the drive through. They got 1/2 order completely wrong. For Pete sake it... was two pieces of chicken. Not like staff was swamped. Location was really clean, not crowded at all because employees were fast to take care of customers like it should be, in and... out. I ordered online and my food was ready to go in the quick pick up section which I think it's a great feature. You don'thave to wait sometimes in line to get whatever you ordered. Horrible service. I can?t understand how this location is still open. Specially after reading the reviews here. My family and I... tried to go there around 7:50 pm on a Friday. They were closed, even though the employees were there eating inside of therestaurant. They just ignored us and other two boys that are trying to get into the restaurant. The doors were locked. This was by far the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life!!! Not only was it absolutely gross inside,... but the only two people working there that day were completely rude. The manager was the rudest one of the two. When the otheremployee took my order, she rang up my order wearing the gloves that she was handling the raw chicken with. As if that wasn'tenough, she then proceeded to prepare my cooked food with those same gloves on completely cross contaminating my food withsalmonella. I immediately requested a refund. Attached are some photos of the dirty soda machine, and the condiments counter. Usually good food but the last two times I?ve visited, my chicken and the biscuit were all dried out like they were sitting... under the heat lamps for a day or two. Today, the chicken was not even edible. Ordered original, got fossilized crispy, deepdeep brown and so dry I couldn?t (or was afraid to) eat it. Biscuit was very old and stale. Bonus tho, ordered 3 piece and gotfour! All four inedible? Mashed taters and cole slaw were good though. Should get me through till dinner time. Prices havegone up again. 12 bucks for a 3 piece meal. Called the manager, he offered to comp my next meal. Gonna go to Popeyes nexttime. They are closer anyway. Read more
