I did not feel the sandwich was worth the money. I paid $9 for a BLT that was missing a main ingredient, the T for tomato ????... The bacon looked like bacon bits and it was a very bland. Needless to say I was not happy and would not recommend it. Read more
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Employees use same gloves to clean counters, clean meat cutter, and make sandwiches! Same rag used to wipe... down area and clean knife...and still wearing same glove. Same meat cutter slices all the deli meat and cheese. As a vegetarian,I don't want my food touching meat items so I can't get the cheese! Just overall dirty, poor hygiene habits, and one of theemployees was pretty rude when I asked him to please make me a new sandwich with new gloves on. I come here frequently and the customer service and food is great. But i noticed that the one time i got water there was black... particles in it which looks like mold. I checked the pepsi it also had the nasty particles. This is really unsanitary and gross. I just contacted the Health Department about it not coming back!!!!! Read more
First I will say I come to this location all the time and 9 out of 10 I have an outstanding experience. Store is clean and food... is great. Today I ordered an 13 and 17. I guess the gentleman misunderstood me and cut some meat for a different sandwich. Thenext gentleman corrected him when he was about make it with the toppings. The first gentleman let out a big sigh that wasobviously loud and I felt directed towards me. In the end it was ok everyone else was great and I still had a good experiencedealing with everyone else. But weather he misheard me or even if I would of said something else it's not that big of a dealthere's no reason to let out that big of a sigh I was the only person in line. I deal with customers also in my work and there'sno reason to let that ruin your day. Food was great but I will say I ordered the 17 for the first time And I thought I wouldget a chance to add a few things to it when it came over to the sandwich table but they bagged it up after they got done cookingit so if I would have known that I would have told them at the beginning I wanted to add a few things. Slow unorganized employees. My partner and I ordered at the same time, one sandwich was made and handed over and the other was... not even started. 3 employees and no other customers. Instead of the manager helping complete my order he wandered arounddoing not a thing. When I questioned him about it his response was so! Do you still want your sandwich? WILL NOT GO BACK. Read more
I went to this Jersey Mike?s on a Saturday for lunch. It was busy! The line moves kind of slowly because they slice the meats... and cheeses for the sandwiches! No worrying about how long the meat has been sitting out. The sandwiches are loaded. Theemployees were gracious. I had a coupon for my birthday (from the Jersey Mike?s reward program, one of the best reward programsfor discounts and free stuff) for a free regular sub and drink. I grabbed some chips, so I would at least pay for something butthey threw those in for free too! Great lunch made only better by it being free! Read more
I am disappointed in the sub. I ordered a club sub, and a California club. I have no avocado on one. I have no bacon on the... other. We asked for salt and pepper amd it is the saltier than salty. I will probably find another jersey mikes in the area. Read more
