Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 32 bone in wings that were completely soggy & undercooked. Had to throw away everything. The... fries weren?t even half way decent. Now I have to go through DoorDash to try and get a refund. There is no number to call thisplace and talk to them directly. Ordered 32 bone in wings and they were the worst wings I've ever eaten. I hate wasting food but between 4 of us we will be... throwing away half the wings. After eating a couple of wings we noticed a jelly like substance which we thought was just fat atfirst but it was in every bite. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the almost $60 bill. They should change the name of the restaurant to "It's Just Chili's" because that's what it is. It's another company jumping on... the trend of creating a fake restaurant name and pretending it's a separate business. It's literally just wings from chili's(that weren't great by the way). I should've gone on the company's website and read the "about us" page before ordering to findthat out, but I don't think it's unreasonable for people to not think to do that before ordering from a restaurant. Won't begoing back here again, and I probably won't be ordering from chili's again either (which is a shame because I like chili's, butI won't go if it means not supporting this stupid move by the restaurant) Edit: In response to the owner's reply to my review.Not one time on the website through the menu or the ordering screen does it mention these wings come from chili's. The ONLYplace on your website that mentions it is on the "about us" page of the website, which is just the absolute minimum for you guysto say "we never hid this" when clearly you've made a conceited effort to not have this information as widely known as it shouldbe. A good example would be on the menu page, where it lists the specific address of the location upwards of 5 times, and notone time mentions that it's inside of the chili's. There is not one single portion of the branding that insinuates that it iseven affiliated with chili's. Clearly you are trying to market it as a completely separate eatery entirely to entice business.There's no point in pretending to act surprised when someone complains about it. Read more
SCAM!!!!!! I thought I was ordering some good wings from this business! GPS took to me to the middle of the road 1/4 before the... place, when I called they directed me to correct address and come to find out- It's a freakin CHILI'S!!!!! Oh I was livid! If Ididn't have 3 kids at home.waiting on dinner I would have left. Chili's wings are nothing to brag about, they are disgusting!???????? Wow!!!!! It's pouring out & late around 9:30pm and we decided to doordash some wings. No high expectations whatsoever & this... blew me away! BIG wings, not stingy on sauces & it WAS FRESH AS HELL!!!! I got the naked, smoked wings and an order of thegarlic parmesan and both are amazing. Just ordered for the 1st time. DoorDash service was prompt and the dasher was friendly. However I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings... only to open the box and see 8 naked/plain wings which was very disappointing. Called the restaurant to report the error but mycall was never answered. I know I could have requested a refund from DoorDash but it wasn?t their fault I didn?t receive what Iordered. Note, the container receipt showed Garlic Parmesan so the error happened in the restaurant. Read more
Buffalo Wild wings is my favorite but this place could be just as well. Great food, nice bar, great service.
