This was absolutely the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The food tasted like left over breakfast food that was reheated in the... microwave. The bacon was so tough it could not be eaten and the hashbrowns were so bad, I covered the in ketchup and still couldnot eat them. There were only 2 other people and a Medicare talk going on. Slow service and when I told the waitress the foodwas horrible, her stop was quick at our table. Please change management. Read more
I was very unhappy with the work done here. I came here after my homecoming night around 10:30 and didn?t leave till 1am! we... were seated and didn?t get offered a drink then when we got our drinks the orange juice was so bad. we waited patiently for ourfood for almost 2 hours which came out cold. But the server was very nice and caring. She apologized for the wait but i wasstill very unhappy with it. Read more
Poor service. Many staff just walking around but not enough servers and they were not even that busy because had many empty... tables. I have to say we are very patient because a family that came after us was not they left after waiting so long to beseated. People seated in a different section served before us when we asked why we were told our section server had not comeyet, so my question was why get seated here in the first place? Our waitress was nice but overworked. This iHop needs toimprove. How will they handle the holiday rush? Read more
It was an okay experience. The food was good, however the place was quite unsanitary. Upon walking in, we were met with tables... with people's dining plates still on them, there were about 4-5 tables. And our table had syrup stains on it, we asked fornapkins and some water to clean it up ourselves, but the waitress insisted that she would get it done, which she did. It wasoverall just an average experience, it is iHOP after all. I think this location is one of their older ones. Read more
Awful and terrible customer service. Waited outside near 10min patiently. Waited another 10 inside waiting to be seated. The... place is understaffed. The host person has a total lack of basic understanding related to customer service. The waitresses werescrambling trying to handle the already seated customers and the host lady which I should call the "lost lady" was trying tofigure out on the fly how to assign the next tables. While waiting I heard someone coughing in the kitchen -- covid red flag --.The host lady came back later to the front and she decided -- without asking who was next -- to seat a family that just came inafter me. Service was absolutely terrible. We should've walked out as it took 30 minutes or more to even have someone come around and ask... what drinks we wanted. Plus another 20 to come out with them. We spent almost 3 hrs here.. But yet I counted 3 seperate tablesthat came in after us, and ate and left before we even got our food. All of the servers acted like chickens with their heads cutoff. Not sure if this location has a server issue, or a cook issue, or if this was a one-off experience. But I won't come backhere. Read more
The worst service. The young lady working the door has a horrible attitude. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my online... order just for them to mess it up completely, my sons and part of my wife?s food was missing, they another tray on top on myomelette and it flattened it(see picture). I came back and took them another 20 minutes to ?try? and make it. I asked for arefund and it took them another 15-20 minutes for the manager to come process it. Smh. Read more
Should have read reviews and realized there's no IHOP in this area without a wait at breakfast/lunch on Sundays and now we know... why. This is a serving of mac and cheese. An adult serving .The Salisbury steak was good, no sauce but maybe skip the mac andcheese and pancakes and hashbrowns. Read more
