The options are abundant and delicious always. But, what makes this place uniquely special is how/where they harvest their... grain. We normally have to purchase gluten free breads elsewhere, but their process here allows us to enjoy all of theirstandard options. I just discovered this treasure of a bakery! The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience... and good humor. They pack a lot of great items into this little shop, and it was so hard to choose because everything looked sodelicious. I took home lemon blueberry bread, salted caramel cookies, a pepperoni roll, wheat bread, and a menu of all thetempting sandwiches from their cafe. Everything was really tasty and we are definitely going back for lunch so we can try morethings!
